Do you live in the RM of Alexander, Town of Powerview-Pine Falls or the RM of Victoria Beach? To apply for a free library membership, either fill out our e-form (link below) and provide a picture of your ID showing your civic address (that’s your street address not your mailing address) or apply for a membership in person at either of our branches. If you live outside the boundaries of these three municipalities, you still can have access. A yearly single membership is $25 or a yearly family membership is $45. The library can accept payment in person (cash, debit or credit) or via e-transfer to admin@allardlibrary.com
