Write On: A Journaling Workshop

If you missed our first journaling session back on Oct. 20th, we’re running it again at the East Beaches Social Scene!
Join us Tuesday, January 24th from 2:00 – 4:00pm at the East Beaches Social Scene and discover the many benefits of putting pen to paper. Journaling is a practice that can help us to make sense of what’s going on in our heads and in the world around us. It can help us to figure out where we are and where we want to be. It’s personal, often calming and can take many forms, depending on our preferences.
Write On is a hands-on two-hour workshop in a relaxed and friendly environment that will allow participants to explore the practice of journaling. A notebook and refreshments will be provided.
Cost: $20
This workshop is a library fundraiser facilitated by Shelley Penziwol, our head librarian. Space is limited to 16 participants.
